Your duties and responsibilities

  • Manage budgeting processes and provide sales consulting support.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to oversee and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Proactively scout and identify new business opportunities, with a focus on acquiring new customers (80% of daily activity).
  • Participate in sales events, matching, and meetings with clients to enhance business relationships.
  • Spearhead the strategic development initiatives for the central-southern areas of Italy.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market presence and reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners in the designated regions.
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and achieve growth targets.

your profile

  • Bachelor degree (business administration or engineer discipline) or industry equivalent experience
  • Exhibit a proactive and professional approach to work, showcasing your ability to manage time independently.
  • Work effectively within a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities in various business scenarios.
  • Very good English knowledge (spoken and written) is mandatory.
