- Manage budgeting processes and provide sales consulting support.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to oversee and lead commercial negotiations.
- Proactively scout and identify new business opportunities, with a focus on acquiring new customers (80% of daily activity).
- Participate in sales events, matching, and meetings with clients to enhance business relationships.
- Spearhead the strategic development initiatives for the central-southern areas of Italy.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market presence and reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners in the designated regions.
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and achieve growth targets.
- Bachelor degree (business administration or engineer discipline) or industry equivalent experience
- Exhibit a proactive and professional approach to work, showcasing your ability to manage time independently.
- Work effectively within a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities in various business scenarios.
- Very good English knowledge (spoken and written) is mandatory.
